1. The Digital Lease & Ownership
- When you edit and publish a guide, you are granted a 1-year (365 days) lease to place your affiliate links on that page.
- After one year, the lease expires. You may renew it using platform points. If not renewed, the platform assumes control of the page.
- Inactivity Clause: If you do not log in or earn points for 90 consecutive days, you forfeit your active leases back to the platform.
2. Content Quality & Anti-Spam
- All expert additions (the 250+ word minimum) must be written by a human. Copy-pasting raw AI text to farm points will result in rejected edits.
- Comment spamming, review manipulation, or begging for points will result in an instant ban.
- Affiliate links must point to legitimate, relevant products. No adult content, malware, or scams.
3. FTC Compliance & Transparency
- You act as an independent affiliate.
- The platform will automatically display an FTC disclosure on your published guides indicating that you may earn a commission.
4. Leaderboard & Tournaments
- Use of bots, fake accounts, or vote manipulation to win cash prizes will result in immediate disqualification and a permanent ban.
- Users are responsible for their own taxes on any cash prizes won.
